Why You Should Take This Assessment
Sometimes there is a fine line between being extremely enthusiastic about your work and being overly involved in your
work. In fact, knowing the difference is difficult and not always clear. This is because our culture often encourages
people to work as hard as they can and, at times, even rewards getting lost in one's work. When taken too far, this is
unhealthy. Keeping a good balance between work and home life is key for mental and physical health as well as
for productivity.
This assessment is designed to help you determine which is true about your work pattern - a healthy eagerness and
interest, or an unhealthy obsession. Take it to learn if you may be overly involved with work and some tips on how to
change that. Maybe it will inspire you to strike a better balance between home and work, and learn how to relax and
enjoy life more.
